3110c shows phone restricted,enter restriction code

I connect my nokia 3110c 2 my pc n was dail connecting,I later turned off d phone when it ws difficult 4 me 2 get a connection.On switching it on again,it showed phone restricted,insert restriction code.Was told 2 format,which after I did,d phone began switching off afew minutes after being switched on.Any 1 with any help suggestion.I would b very glad!

Hey!Tnx 4 d post.I did contact d costomer care line & ws told 2 contact d place I purchased d fone 4rm.I went there & ws told they dont offer warranty ser84ces,despite d fact dat it is boldly written on d pack.Plz I wud welcome oda options!
