    downloading midis

Had the 6230 for about a week now and it is awesome. Although the worst thing is that if you want to change the MMC you have to turn it off and take out the battery...

How to put a password on folders on your 6230

yea....a typical Nokia design error. They got the same problem in the N-Gage. The 2nd version (N-Gage 2 or somehting like that) doesn\'t has it anymore. It will be accesble without turning your mobile off (like the Siemens SX1 already has)..

But heej.. im removing my card anyhow, to put it into a cardreader in my computer...with 256mb(when i got it ) it safes loads of writing time :P

    Nokia no like USA....

Got mine 6230 for 2 week now.
Before i bought it I had a old nokia 5110, had it for over 5 years without any trouble.
My plan was to buy a new one when it died.
It\'s still not dead, but I couldn\'t wait to buy a new one when I saw the nokia 6230.
    Awsome!

I love the MMC card and the mp3 player,
but a better battery would be great...

...also the navigation key takes time to get used to.

    Anyway... it\'s HOT!
(Maybe anything would be hot after the 5110?)

    wap site

best phone nokia has released yet! tops even the 7610 that most people are anticipating. eventhough the 7610 has a 1megapixel camera and has 10 mins of video recording, talk about UGLY keypad! 6230 totally rocks! typical candy bar without the fuss!

    Bluetooth hacking

it is similar to 6600 but wait for the best 7610 1 mega pixel camera
yeah true that phone is awesome...but im not into the size of the thing even tho its not huge. And im not buying a phone cuz of a damn camera...i got a camera for that. 6230 is smaller then 6220, looks stylish even tho the 7200 (?) with the soft covers looks even hotter but the reason i bought the 6230 is the mp3 player!!!!!!!! why cary 2 devices when ya just can take 1 with you? and the 32mb card included is not that bad...a minimum of 128mb is recommended; gives space to around 30 mp3 files of fairly good quality. too bad ya cant plug in a wicked headphone and increase volume to overload but it\'s loud enuff.

I do not completely agree with a downside hat was mentioned using the button layout....its the same as most nokia phones but the 5-way scroll took some getting used to with pressing in. buttons itself are way better then a 6610 for example.

Downside was the software; its bugged; cant access caller groups and of some reason when a SMS comes in dont recieve it untill I turn off and on my phone.

But overall great phone and its so cool using mp3 files as a ringtone and its loud aswell on the external speaker

    LIE DETECTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!! FOR 6600

Imoved from a P900, and I am really happy! Though I miss some of the flexibility of a Symbian phone (MUCH better email client, better 3rd party apps like Worldmate, larger screen with a proper web browser Opera), this phone satisfies most of my daily needs. It\'s fast, handy, intuitive - all in all a good switch.
