6600 Theme previewer for PC ?

Hello guls and guys,
I am looking for a application which lets me view the theme in my PC before installing it to my nokia 6600, or tell me alternate technique to do so ... thanks.

I hope, you guys have this app or at least the technique ...

i don't know about e skin previewer.
but if you download Nokia's Theme Maker you will be able naot only to preview any theme but also to edit them.
