try the below mention method

How To Install :
1. Send .sis file into ur phone
2. Install it
3. Set ur phone date to 12/12/2015
4. Use file browser find this file c:\system\data\_83924764.ini and delete it.
5. Run MediaSafe and set ur password
5. Close MediaSafe
6. Change date back again
7. Thats all

hi, i cannot delete the said file c:\system\data\_83924764.ini
it comes back over and over and i can't open the media safe because whenever i am setting the password, it is incorrect. pls help me.
