Change your S60v3 browser's useragent! *Hacked phones only!*

Found this somewhere on the internet...

Here's how:

0. Make sure your phone is hacked (You can turn off the platform's security... Can be done via App TRK + python script (http://imserba.com/forum/showpost.php?p=856764&postcount=24), HelloCarbide (http://www.imserba.com/forum/showthread.php?p=866312) or ROMPatcher [install installserver.exe to C:\sys\bin\ and then install ROMPatcher with Autostart (http://www.imserba.com/forum/showthread.php?t=117969)])

1. With a file manager (Xplore (http://www.imserba.com/forum/showthread.php?t=113680) or something similar...) and Platform security turned off (CAPS OFF), go to Z:\private\10202be9\. Find the file named 101F8731.txt

2. Copy it into a folder of external memory (for example E:\Others\), or you can copy it directly into the final location, C:\PRIVATE\10202be9\

3. Now open this file and we start our changes. You can use DEDit (http://www.imserba.com/forum/showthread.php?t=114055) (change encoding to utf8) or X-plore's internal editor (Press 8 when highlighting the file)

4. Find the part selected and edit it to your liking:

5. Save the file and copy the file 101F8731.txt to this folder - C:\private\10202be9\. If the folder does not exist, create it manually.

6. Restart your phone.

If you ever want to change your UserAgent later, disable platform security and edit the file 101F8731.txt in C:\private\10202be9\

some websites do not allow you to use some features although it works perfectly on non IE browsers...

This hack settles this problem...

save it to your C:\Private\10202be9\ ... NOT the Z:\private\10202be9! Just copy the file over from the Z:\ to the new folder at C:\...
