Do you have iR or bluetooth? You can use them to transfer the files to your phone. btw what phone are you using? If its nokia, then you\'ll need some other software. If its SE, then you can do the transfer directly into your phone.

Use a program like Sound Forge to cut the mp3 file before you change it to wave

About that 3510 you can only use 4 chords midi\'s, and there\'s a limitation of size too, I think less than 15Kb, I had succesfully play midi\'s of 13Kb.
And about how to upload ringtones without wap. BUY A DATA CABLE!
