BEFORE YOU READ THIS, I HAVE READ THE OTHER POSTS ON SAME TOPIC SO PLEASE DO NOT POST LINKS TO THEM HERE :)

After reading the other posts on this topic I am coming across a different error again when downloading midi files. Infact, when ever I click on the download link I get the site come up saying preparing your file, then it goes to a blank page and says done in the bottom left hand corner. I have my speakers on and hear NOTHING i can\'t find the files anywhere in Temp Internet folder, and have restored defaults etc etc (as per previous post) to no avail, can anyone PLEASE help me out with this?

Thanks in advance
Taff

my previous post is actually similar to your problem except i can hear the music on my speakers. i\'ve given up on this. the funny thing is i can download midi\'s from other sites without a problem. so if i were you, try some other midi dowload sites. there\'s alot of them in google searcch, even Yahoo search. :)

hi. i fink i can help u. i also use opera but don\'t get a dialogue box. but when i clicked on download the real player opened and played the midi. and if the real player plays the midi it must be saved somewhere. i searched it and found it in the directory:

C:\\Programme\\Opera7\\profile\\cache4\\

there are a lot of files in this directory, so i recommend you to list the items in this directory after file types. so u will easily find those midis. be careful they got strange names so you will have to search the right one. hope i could help. greetz from germany ;)
