if i recieve a corrrupted file and points are still taken. what is a person to do? will the files be harful to the phone like a virus to a computer?

Nope, not really because if the file is corrupted, it wouldnt install/launch, so it will not have an effect on ur phone... If u encounter a corrupted download, please post it on the downloads comments so that other users may be informed.
