Alrite guys i'll tell u how to convert mp3's to amr (well this is the way i do it):
.....first u edit the mp3 file till u got it the way u want it i use nero wave editor.
.....next change the file name from .mp3 to .amr and then i open it in nokia multimedia player and go to file, save as and save it as the REAL .amr file.
then ur done.
#NOTE: i have a nokia s40 3200 and it wont accept infared files over 100Kb.

The fastest way is to use Nokia Multimedia Converter. Its very easy, only 1 conversion direct from mp3, wav, to amr. If you want the converter just follow the link below;
