3660 Volume problem...

Hi, my Nokia 3660 is having a problem.
The ringtone is very soft (midi/wav) when normal mode.
The sound is louder when on vibration.
Is this a software problem?
Can it be rectified?
Please advice.

most probably is ur soft problem. u can get it to be flashed by the authorized nokia service center

before you go to nokia service try this first get a converter software change attributes to 16000khz 16bit mono... tone gets louder...
