can u please suggest any program to convert mp3 or wav to amr specially for siemens sx1 coz i have tried all programs from this site like the nokie and many others which r posted on this site but the converted one dosent sound good on my sx1 phone
So please suggest one with setting to convert to amr (or specific setting)

it would be difficult to achieve a similar quality sound for conversions to amr since amr has a low quality output. do not expect wav or mp3 tones to be of the same quality once converted to amr.

I convert my own AMR's from Mp3's and they don't/won't sound near as nice here is the latest one I did

you can use Nokia Multimedia Converter... it converts music files to AMR and Video Files to 3GPP... the sound quality is good & the file size is 90% smaller. it also converts fast.

it is only compatible for WinXP & 2003 OS.
you have to register for free to get ur username & keycode to install the Nokia Multimedia Converter.
