Hello,
I am having a Nokia 6600 with 256 MB MMC. I download files directly to my mobile through GPRS using WAP code from Imserba.
But unfortunately I am not able to download files larger than 800Kb as after downloading on my mobile says " Memory Full: Close some applications and try again"
I did use App manager and closed many apps, restarted phone.. but still get the same problem.
Please help me downloading big files.
Is there any Download Manager for mobile ?

well you can check if you have extra space on your memory card or your phone memory because the file that you are downloading will enter directly on your phone or memory card-depends upon your choice...If your phone memory is full, definitely you'll not be able to download the file...So you can either direct the file to phone memory or MMC, and make sure that either have an extra space for the file you are downloadng..you can also try to reset your phone first before you'll gonna dwonload the file...hope that helps...

No, Its not possible.. Like if I give the WAP code on Imserba it takes me to a page and says 'Get .....sis'
When I click the link the phone starts downloading the file by showing the status of download in kb. After completing it gives the error. It does not allow me to choose phone memory or memory card. How do I do it before downloading? Which browser supports this ?
Please help me out.

well, give this a try...go to messages-options-settings-other-memory in use- then select memory card...then try to download again...If it does not work, maybe it's a network problem-im not sure...Why don't you try to download it on your pc, then beam it to your fone via Bluetooth or infrared?...good luck...

Its still not working.. I work from office so I dont have IR or bluetooth except Wapcodes and GPRS. Is there any browser to download files. I tried Doris browser but it opens the file in corrupt format.
Please mods over there make a SIS file for download manager.
change ur inbox memory to be on ur mmc, maybe ur phonememoryhas maximum 800kb free
