PS2 Format Disc ?????

I m Havin Two PS2 1 is workin Very Fine with My DVD movies
But The Other one Displays an error message That
" Please Insert PS2 Format Disk" !!!
What The Hell is this Yaar ?????
Actually The other 1 is for my little cousin Which i purchased recently.
Both the versions of consoles are same . And i checked each n every SYS Configurations They Both Are same. I even exchanged 2 consoles with D shopkeeper But then also m gettin d same type of Error ?????

Any 1 who could help me out PLzz its quite urgent Cause i ll return it back if there is no other soln ...

dont worry frnd it is only problem in that dvd or in the lense
u c u get a sony dvd after a few weak it can not run pirated dvd properly because it lense is vry delicate the same is in ps2 and als0 few ps2 dvd r pal version which will not be played
