This is the only cheat I found!!!Actually its not a cheat, it's a hint!

Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge Hint:

Cash For Cadaverous Flesh

NOTE: This only works with Yuri's forces.
Build a good amount of Conscripts, then bunch them all together and use a genetic mutator on them to turn them into Brutes. Send these new Brutes into the grinder and you get 250 for each brute. Not very effective, but it's something to think about.

Combine Vinyls
Apply vinyls to your car but leave at least one empty vinyl slot. Exit the shop and return. 1. double click on the trainer n start it, look n MEMORISE the buttons n their functions CAREFULLY....

2. Start the game n load ur profile.....

3. Start ur free roam or race.... n then JUST press the buttons which u want to activate.... :D

ok i got the instruction.. but does tht mean tht infinite money will lead 2 unlocking of all the locked parts(for eg. in engine u can go upto level 1 for modification and the other levels r locked. so, will applying the keys and getting infinite money unlock all the locked parts).
thts wht i actually want 2 know.alsothe infinite money will it remain for tht period of the game till u exit or it will pemanently remain.

to knw the version of the game... well, there r different methods for different games ,man.. i think 4 UG2, u can c it in the starting page...
