please tell me how to load this software and this file in pocket pc

i am not understanding the meaning of renaming the file name in smart guard
pls help me in installing the software smart guard in my pocket pc

unzip cr-smartguardpro_eng.zip...
put .cab file on PPC, run to install...
unzip *****.zip, replace .exe file in PPC...

register with 0...
