I hav tried this xilisoft it coverts the video but the sound quality is very poor its in .amr format plzcan any1 hlp ...........

Xilisoft or imtoo r d BEST encoders....Absolutely no doubts about it...

Regarding the audio o/p, u can do d foll. :

1> Select mpeg4aac in d AUDIO CODEC instead of amr_nb.
2> Select SAMPLE RATE as 44100 instead of 8000.
3> Select CHANNELS as 2 (STEREO).
U'l enjoy d same sound Q'lty as d source...
