dude you cannot convert 3gp to a high quality vid and get back the gud quality . once you compress it the quality is gone ,
its just like converting a 5 mp RAW image into a 20 kb jpeg and then want to convert it to RAW of the same quality

in audio the diff between mp4 and mp3 is negligible
and in video Divx (.avi) is far better
