I have 2 problems and one suggestion for you...
I would appritiate if you can upload files (particularly the GAMES.rar :) ) in .zip format instead of rar ! This is coz our "smart internet filter" has blocked all extentions that it doesn't know abt which includes .sis and .rar !


its very strange that it block rar files, if u work on ur own pc please have other firewall, or if u have options to filter then remove those extensions.
and regarding zip files ok its not a big deal i will try to upload in zip files, winra can also extract zip files.


Secondly... my problems...
PS: I haven't got an external memory card yet, so it's all on internal memory.
1) I'm unable to copy/paste/move/delete/rename any file. When I open File Manager and click on a folder it opens the folder, if I click on one of the files it opens the file using default application (e.g. if i click a xyz.app it opens the file which starts up the game/application)


if u install handy explorer it would be great and easy for u. its available in application thread click here (http://www.imserba.com/forum/showthread.php?t=65610) and in total.rar file in same thread. so just go page by page.

and now regarding y u can not copy/past/move/delete/rename any file

its bcz u click on name of that file or folder, so while using default file explorer u have to click on icon (extrem left of file name or folder name) to select it. and then u can copy/past/del/ it.

so clike on icon not on file name to select it.


2) I don't see anything "system>then appls>and ...". I suppose this is meant to be in the file manager somewhere. THere are only 3 drives C:, D: (which is not available as there is no SD/memory card) and ROM viz ROM of course...


u can not view .app files from default provided installed file expplorer so install handy explorer and through menu preference enable view system and rom files.



Lastly I have 2 games, but due to firewall i'm unable to upload them...
Super Drop Mania default game that comes with 6708 (ppl'll need this if they do a master reset without having a backup like me :-o)

Second is Sensible Sudoku.

In case someone can gimme their mail id I can mail them and it can be uploaded.

u do something with ur firwall, its strange , and so if possible try or ask other to change settings or have other firewall.

i have those games i will try to upost them. or if u solve with ur firwall u can also post it.

Thanks a lot Shammix... I've downloaded your FileMan and all is well after I asked it show system files.

Regarding RAR/ZIP file thing, I'm helpless coz it's our office's firewall...

hmm...i installed again but still problem persists..Hmm golu how big is ur cra** file..?that app file which i replace is 166kb but when i looked into it i saw that original file is also only 166kb..So thats why i think it not working..I dont know how it works fr u..

I THINK U SHOULD UNINSTALL WHAT U INSTALLED , DELETE THE FOLDER WERE IT WAS INSTALLED THROUGH HANDY EXPLORER, AND THEN AGAIN DOWNLOAD THE GAMES INSTALL IT, AND THEN CRA CK IT WITHOUT RUNNING IT. AND THEN AFTER CRA CKING PLAY IT.

IF ITS STILL NOT WOKRKING, THEN DONT WORRY TRY OTHER GAMES, LOL JOIKING TRY AND POST IF U HAVE SAME ERROR OR PM ME THAT ABT IT.

Hi,
Thanx a lot 4 dis game....i'm sure it must be gr8....However after i installed it on my 6708 & it asked for my imei....it only takes the full 15 digits of the imei & it doesn't take the remaining 2 digits (i.e. + 03).....Am i going wrong somewhere..??? i also tried entering the 1st 6 digits of the imei+03 , but it still doesn't work....Cud u plz help...???

Hi.. may i know where exactly ru pasting ur games in the extended memory of your phone (i mean to say which folder). Game files can be copied in the following folder of ur memory, that's what i do on my 6708.


The location is : Extended memory drive \ Document \ unfiled --> In this folder u should be able to copy those game files.

Hi friend.. listen u can put the game file i.e .bin file in the following location :
Extended Memory --> documents --> unfiled.
Start the Pico drive application which is already posted by me in this forum.. From the application menu of pico drive --> Select Load new rom --> select the .bin file stored at the location Extended Memory --> documents --> unfiled --> click on open... this will start the game.

Dont forget to configure keys of picodrive.

P.S : Trust me this game is a classic.
