does any one know how 2 unprotect sis file in nokia 7710 plz tell me
i have a sis viru i cant send it becoz its protected

you cannot send sis and jar files. you will need to use 3rd party apps like profi explorer which is bundled with profimail.
Or you could rename the extension of the file eg: xxxx.sis to xxxx.sis_ and then send it. Once the file is renamed the Os will not recognise it as a protected file and so you can send it.

My dear friend sis protect is not a virus. the latest handsets of nokia doesnt allow users to send sis file via bluetooth.
the only option to send sis files via bluetooth is to rename the the extension of the file from .sis to .si and send the file. after receiving the file, the user can rename back to sis.

i have proble with my message tone it does not show when i resive a message via bluetooth or text and how do i get to choose line 1&2 option my firmwork is4.58

U can't receive a Msg thru Bluetooth in 7710.......... Remember u can Just transfer Files thru Bluetooth to ur Phone,

S90 and S60 Phones are Completely Different from Each other...........

in case of s60 phones u recieve the Files thru Messaging via Bluetooth but in case of s90 u directly send the file to ur phone Memory or Card Memory

Use the File Manager to Search for the File u have Transferred

If there is no tone for ur Messaging then set one in the Profiles .......

Line 1 & 2 r network Dependant also......... Pls Call up ur Network Operator if they provide both The Lines Facility then the Options will be seen

hey i have head that v can send files though bluetooth from 7710 to any other phones

Buddy ......... now Just change the Extension of the File u want to send and then Revert it Back on the Other Cell phone after receiving it
