Have prob while uninstalling

Hi guys , I am having 7710 with 1 gb mmc, i have installed 10 themes in my mobile now i want to uninstall them, but not able to do it, not only themese even all the sis application are not able to uninstall only jave based programs can be uninstalled, the error coming is ( GENERAL : MEMORY FULL CLOSE SOME PROGRAMS AND TRY AGAIN) Can you help me in this out

Hi Santovaz,

This Problem arises if all the Applications that u have opened haven't been exited.....

i.e. u have to close all the Applications or Games that u have opened to free up the Phones Resources...........u can do this by holding the Third Key on Bottom Right hand of the Mobile for 3-5 Seconds, then only the Opened applications can be closed and the Memory can be freed...... the error ( GENERAL : MEMORY FULL CLOSE SOME PROGRAMS AND TRY AGAIN) will also no longer Appear

But for one time Switch Off ur Phone and remove the battery and wait for 15 seconds and then Restart it again then the system resources are free.........u can then exit the App and free the Memory by the Above process..............

After this is done u can easily uninstall all the Applications of any Type

I have tried all the options you have given me but still i am not able to uninstall any of the sis programs, ( Themese, softwares games anything), anyother solutions, Plz i am in trouble try to find out a solution guys

Then ur Phone is Highly Infected with Virus

Have u used Antivirus? - If not then

Now u Should perform a Full System Format of the Phone

no iam having Norton Anti virus and with latest virus definition , but i still dont know what was the prob, to my knowledge the final solution is formating the MMC where most of the themes and software setup files are stored, but if you can find anything before that step that will be highly useful, Kindly go through things again, I am highly relying on you guys in this matter

Mate first of all 7710 is a slowest phone... no much problem in that,, but installing norton Av in that makes the fone to beg, as also carrying a 1gb stick in it...

First uninstall norton and try uninstalling ur apps... then install mcafee or simworks Av.. If not works, format ur MMc.. No other ways

Even that not works hard format ur phone.. :peace:
