Hi Doc

Lately i go to the Wc (you know to take a sh1t) 3 times a day!!!!
I haven't changed my eating habbits or my lifestyle in general but i find it kind of odd as i used to go for a sh1t once in a day...Is this normal?

yeah..its normal..once in the morning is good for the end part of the interstine..take care

Wat shud be included in healthy diet and proper timing for it??
(I am pure-veg...)
I do face often prob of nerves paining.. wats the reason for that??

Well neo.. you can follow this routine.. this is what i follow.. this is not only for diet but your lifestyle..

1. Wake up at 6 max.. [ie assuming that you have had atleast 5 hrs sleep]
2. Morning activities
3. A glass of water
4. Yoga/workout/walking/whatever that will take you out to breathe fresh air and let you kick start your day. [by 7.30]
5. Rest for 30 mins. [read news paper or watch the TV have a glass of juice/milk]
6. Bath
7. Breakfast [8 - 8.15 -> 8.45]
8. College/office/or sit around :) or whatever you do.
9. Whole fruit [i eat apple] 11 - 11.30
10. Lunch [12.30 - 1]
11. Post lunch [3.30 - 4] whole fruit [i eat pear/guava/orange]
12. Snack time tea/coffee/milk + biscuit [6]
13. Dinner [8]
14. Relax
15. Brush [10]
16. Floss
17. Read
18. Sleep [11]


will give you details of what i eat and how much if you need it.. but i am a non veggie..

and about your nerve pain can you be more specific as to where the pain is and when you feel it ?
