BADA S8500 Wave GAMES

TUTORIAL:



1. Connect your WAVE to PC, run KIES Wave and install free app or game on your memory stick.
2. Connect phone to pc in Mass Storage mode.
3. Locate the installed app you want to replace in your memory card
located at: L:\Others\__@@bada_applications@@__\...
(note: L is the drive letter of my memory card, yours could be E or F or whatever)
4. Here, you will see list of folders with codes (instead of real names). These are your installed apps.
To find the app you wish to replace, just enter the app,s real name in the search bar,
the corresponding folder will be dispayed. Note down the folder code.
Example, "r0dcuy1t05" is the folder for Google Translator app.
5. If we wish to replace Google Translator, for example, we should note that it is at:
L:\Others\__@@bada_applications@@__\r0dc uy1t05

5. Now copy to desktop, the new downloaded app you wish to replace Google Translator with.
The new app will also be in a folder with it's codeame, example, "669f908hi8"
Thus the new app, "669f908hi8" to replace your installed Google Translator is located at:
C:\Users\MyPcName\Desktop\669f908hi8

6. Launch the SAMSUNG WAVE SPOFER v1.5 application.
a. Click on "ORIGINAL APP" and load the app in nº5 above (i.e the new app on desktop)
b. Click on "CONTAINER APP" and load the app in nº4 above (i.e the installed app in memory card)
c. And then click on "SPOOF xx TO yy" to begin the replacement process
(where xx and yy are names of the new and old apps respectively).

7. Wai till SAMSUNG WAVE SPOFER v1.5 application displays message of a complete replacement process.

8. Disconnect phone from pc.

9. a. Go to phone Settings => General => Display Language (and change language to any other language).
b. Repeat same process above but this time, change language back to original language.

10. That's all.

VERY IMPORTANT!!
Please before proceeding, verify that the downloaded app folder is complete.
A complete app folder contains 5 subfolders (Bin, Data, Info, Res, Share) and one xml file (signature).
If any of them is missing, an error message of missing file may be displayed during replacement process.

Secondly, note that the old app, though now replaced by your new app, will always notify you whenever
there is an update for it. Please NEVER UPDATE it, otherwise it wil overwrite the new app. That is, it will
delete the new app and take it's original place again.

[UPDATED] METHOD 3: AND NOW HERE IS THE EASIEST WAY TO INSTALL/SPOOF/REPLACE ANY APPLICATION (credit goes to elgrankaos)

select the original app "ie.which u want to install"
select the container app "ie.which is the crappy app in which you want to install your game"
Press spoof and ur done
enjoy your game

I tried this way everything was ok but finally i got the icon over the menu but when i try to launch it it doesnt work nothing happens,,,,,,,,,,,,what to do plz help????????????/
