Same here... GWAVE for me is the best in conversion of any audio format (esp.. WAV). Easy to use and packs a lot of enhancements and features.

mono or stereo dosent make that much of a difference...the sound quality in mobile phones is the SAME..

Well the optimum solution is 16000 Khz,8 BIT,MONO i.e. 15 KBps..
