cant copy data from cd to my computer

why i cant copy data from cd to my computer. when i used send to My Document. Copying window appear. and after a few second my PC got hang.

how i can repair the CD so i can copy the data in the Cd to my PC?

help please.

U can try data recovery tools for CD. Lots of them have been posted already. Just search.
