Contacts Modification when calling ?

Hey guys,

I have a nokia 6120 and have a simple question - i have a lot of contacts that are set under one account - for example a contact called "Family" that in it i have all my family member - they are all what nokia seems to call "details" - if i write down a number then save it to contact - i have an option of making a new contact or updating an existing one - so if i choose "update existing" it says "add detail" and then i select if its a mobile/home number etc. and have the ability to rename the "detail" - the problem is that when someone from that contact name calls (in this example someone from Family) my phone says "Family" is calling - and not the specific detail name i wrote down - if i want to call someone i can choose between the details.. is there a way it can either say the detail i renamed, or say Family and below it the name of who's calling ?

It is not possible to show the detail of the contact that is calling.
Maybe there are some contact managers that may show the details of the contact that is calling.

anyway, a better option would be to have a separate contact for each detail. u can always prefix the names with A or AA to make them show up in the top of the contact list

ahhh.. are you 100% sure about it ? it sucks then.. i have a lot of "details" in some contacts.. it can be a pain, besides, that way i will have too many contacts.. the thing is that usually when i put a "detail" it someone that doesn't call me that often/or i call him that often.. but i still need his number.. so i put it under 1 global contact rather than set each up as its own contact.. but the rare time when some detail calls i have no idea who it is lol
