Custom cases for iPhones

I'm thinking about getting a custom case from Zazzle. Have any of you used ever used them to make stuff? The cases actually look pretty well-made... I'm not a graphic designer at all, so I probably won't be making my own, but there are plenty of designs on their iPhone page. Here's an example of one:

Custom cases are always awesome, but most of the time they are more expensive. Anything custom is more expensive because it is made specifically for your. If you don't have a specific design or instructions you have, I would rather just buy one.

My suggestion: if you aren't going to make it yourself, just buy one. It's easier and most likely cheaper. =]
