i am new to bb. i have 9780 running os 6. i tried but could not install the app. can anyone give me step by step instruction. never installed any app from desktop before.. thx a ton.

i installed the docs to go alright... excel, word and ppt files are working fine. uploaded the .alx file

now pdf to go - there is no alx file but there is a jad file.

when i go to my desktop manager and try to import it it cannot locate the .jad file

how do i install / upload the jad file ?

also there is a serial key and registertation key which i downloaded but dcs to go never asked for anything ? is it for pdf to go ?

i have download the app but i have no registration number and activation key. do i have to get it through serial.txt as attached? if yes, unfortunately i can't got it from this web. pls help. thanks.

It seems RIM always has a taste for irony! spending a huge amount, I got myself a BB 9700, and the heck! it needs me to purchase stuff which should (and are) free on other devices! IS RIM mocking it's users and laughing from the back end?

No PDF untill you purchase premium, after purchasing a premium device!!! **** me not RIM.

I just installed this to my bold 9780 but it doesnt seem to work, when I try to open word to go for example i get this error: Error starting WordToGo:Class'com.dataviz.dxtg.commonpr efs$prefsV1' Multiply defined

EDIT: I even tried installing it with BBSAK but I got the same error
