Hello fellow imserbians... I used to have a certificate and key for signing my s60v3 applications, but I just recently upgraded my N73 to N82. So that means my certificate and key is obsolete already... Now I'm asking for a new set of certificate and key for my N82 but symbiansign has stop giving out such things unless you have a publisher id...
I'm not a techie guy but I encountered applications that have .sis extensions and when I extract the said application, it comes with its own K**GEN ... I just need to punch in my imei # on the K**GEN and it will give me the corresponding access code for the .sis application to work permanently on my N82 phone!! I want to ask you guys out there who have the technical know-how if it's possible to create K**GENS for .sisx files so we don't have to rely solely on symbiansign for their much precious certificate and key? I really hope my idea can become a reality as this will greatly help us users who have s60v3 phones. other options for our applications to work on our phones..
