Hello,

Whenever I am shutting down or restarting my pc this message is coming.So I have to end program to shut down my pc.I never open any program with that name but still it says it is running.

What is it ? How to stop this from happening ?

But I dont have that program on my pc.

I use Microsoft Word 2002 with Windows Xp !

I downloaded the hotfix but its not installing since I dont have the program.

I got it now.It all started after I installed Nero 7 Essential.Its full of bugs man.Sometimes When I try to open DVD movies using startsmart it opens with photoshop.I will soon uninstall all of nero once I get any other good software.

A excerpt from the results I got after searching in google which helped me.....

I found that going to MSCONFIG and removing NMBgMonitor (which is a Nero Essentials component) from Startup, removed the WMS Idle failing to quit. More importantly removing that Nero file from startup, allowed Windows XP to shutdown ten times faster. I have removed Nero from my computer and it runs perfectly now. Perhaps only a corrupted file, who knows, but bye bye WMS Idle.

For me also Bye Bye WMS Idlle.
