i just got my phone updated last night and i found that after the installation (i used the Nokia software updater btw) it doesn't install any applications + RPatcher / RPDomain are uninstalled ,i tried the Norton Hack which used to work like charm b4 but it kept giving me (the application has expired and u need to renew ur licence) ,so the only solution was useing Phoenix , here are the steps to install the Latest Firmware + the Hack (btw it doesnt matter if u already updated to ur phone by the Nokia SU ,just follow the guide)

*This IS by far the easiest way for flashing the phone ,i found it by pure luck and all thanx goes to oreo27 Phone Hacking Do-It-Yourself Tutorial


Things You will need
1-NaviFirm 1.7 (to download the FW files)
2-installserver.exe (http://cl.ly/0G1h0x2E423l161o1H0l)
3-Nokia Cooker 2.9 (to add the installserver.exe to the FW file)
4-Phoenix 2011.14.004.45945 (to flash the FW files to ur phone)

The Steps
1-dial *#0000# on ur phone to get ur RM-XXX number.

2-remove ur phone battery and find ur language code (u will find it on the green board)

3-open NaviFirm and search for ur phone (u will find ur RM-XXX beside it) > next is to chose the FW > then search for ur language code.

4-download all the files (it wont take long) > close the app when it finish.

5-copy the downloaded folder to somewhere else and rename it to ur RM-XXX.

6-open NokiaCooker and chose the files that ends with xxxx.uda.fpsx > now Drag & Drop the installserver.exe file to SYS/Bin folder > make sure its in that folder then press save > close NC and delete the backup file.

7-as ur phone will hard format it self when u flash the new FM ,i highly advice you to install Nokia pc suite and backup all ur msgs/contacts.

8-when u finishe backing up ur stuff ,uninstall any Nokia application from ur system then install Phoenix (if u install Phoenix along with the other Nokia applications u will get errors everytime u try to run Phoenix) < Phoenix should normaly open without any errors.

9-when Phoenix finish its installation > copy ur RM-XXX folder to > C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Phoenix\Products

10-remove any usb devices other than ur KB,Mice,UR Phone USB Cable > shut down ur phone and remove the memory card and plug the phone to the usb cable.

11-open Phoenix > select USB1 in the connection tab > then File > open product and search for ur RM-XXX and chose it.

12-select Flashing > Firmware update (chose ur firmware @ the products code) > then press on Refurbish.

now it should flash ur phone without any probs ,however if something went wrong just follow the steps u will get in the popup msg till u reconnect ur phone to the usb cable (DONT press on anything) Phoenix will take care of everything for you.



*The new FM is very fast in the shutdown/startup ,everything works just fine and no problems what-so-ever.
