Help! Which is best WAV,MP3 for Ringtones

Can anyone tell which is better louder & Clearer & attractive for ringtones

hey vishalgupta it depends completely on u and ur cell
if it supports MP3 ringtones then go for it
coz u can get good quality tone in lesser size
otherwise wav isnt bad either....

both formats are good enough ....

but the tricks between both are as such :

1-mp3 is easier to make , u need only an mp3 cutter.
2-mp3 can be even of a smaller size than wav format.
3-Channels, which is most important!!

wav almost at all times in MONO mode, MP3 is at stereo mode!!
and here , you have to look at ur mobile definitions and see which mode is best...
but nowadays almost all phones supports mp3 ,stereo mode ...
