Help :- Connecting GPRS via CA42 on Nokia 6020

Hi everyone,
I am trying to connect Nokia 6020 via CA42 cable on a clean formatted Win XP SP2. I have installed the latest drivers from CA42.com and also have tried to use hacked CA 42 and also installed Nokia PC suite CA42.com ,Nokia.com and the CD supplied with CA42 cable.
The cable costed $9 and isnt an original Nokia cable.
I could connect to Nokia PC suite successfully and then I have to install a modem by going to control panel>Phone and modem options>Add new modem >Nokia6020cable .
Then the modem gets installed too and I can connect to gprs through pc suite.
But the problem here is that when I click connect internet from Nokia PC suite, the Nokia PC suite gets disconnectedand as I disconnect GPRS, Nokia PC suite gets connected again.
Also when I restart my computer and try connecting to internet, it says hardware failure in modem. Then sometimes it says Modem is already in use or port is already opened by another application. However I re formatted XP and installed no other app. like MobiMB r something.
I have tried restarting my phone but no success, and when I try to uninstall and re install modem It only shows COM1 as available port to install.
Then I have to uninstall PC suite and restart my computer and reinstall USB to Serial Controller drivers from CA42 cable CD and then reinstall Modem from Control Panel Phone and Modem Options.
When I connect the cable to phone I get a message on phone which says "Enhancement connected" and then "Enhancement not supported" I think thats because of the cable not being genuine.

Also I tried uninstalling PC suite and just using the CA 42 to connect to GPRS and I connect fine till I restart and unplug my phone from cable
and again I get an error that there is a hardware failure in modem or its already in use.
Also there is no other hardware I ever plug in my USB ports except this CA42 cable.
Is there any solution on this? I will be happy if someone helps me just to use GPRS normally without pc suite. Does anyone have a perfect method that works with the CA42 duplicate cable? Or is there a guarantee that if I buy an original Nokia cable then I wont face these problems ?
