How do we send Protected Files??

Hi.. i'm kinda new to this forum, and wanted 2 know how to send protected files frm my 7710.. like java and sis games and softwares... i tried sending it thru profiexplorer, but there's no option which says send via bluetooth... also i tried powerfile, but the app just closes on its own...

Can anyone be of a bit of assistance?? Thanx a lot!!!!!

Just Rename the Java file Extension from .JAR to .JA & the .SIS file to .SI and then send the files to the other phone and Revert the Name back to the Original

I've already tried that... wanted to send a java file from my 7710 to a friends sony k700i, but we cudnt rename it to the jar file...
Here's wat i did:
renamed file to xyz.ja (instead of xyz.jar)
sent it to my frnd, and he saved it
after saving, in his filemanager, we selected rename
renamed it to xyz.jar
but the file now shows as xyz.jar, but on going to file details, it says
file type: .ja
there's no option to install it either...

u have to use profi explorer for renaming the files

The default file manager doesnt show the extension in case of the java file..
I had used powerfile to rename it... it has the same effect that profiexplorer has..

U can Easily Use the Profiexplorer to rename the Files and send the files thru File Manager

U can use LCG X-plore which can be found at www.lonelycatgames.com to send the files.

It is a shareware but u can use it with a delay of 3 seconds.

It dosent object sending any type of files either .sis or .jar
