How to format N 70

I have Nokia N 70 phone. I want to format my phone . M using code *#7370# & *37780* with the code 12345. But my phone showing code error. pl give me right solution how to format my phone.

Backup all your contacts and use a hard reset
turn off phone,with holding 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key and turn on phone,wait until you hear start up sound and that's it

And before making a hard format be sure your battery has at least 75% charged or else your phone will never turn on.
