WOW !!! I am really envious of you very much. Cause I need to do a lot of sports to keep fit eveyday^^. Eat 2 eggs and some milk eveyday will make you become fat.
what you want to try is increase your carbohydrate intake. Also, to ensure that your weight increase doesnt increase your blood pressure and the like, an increase in proteins just after excercise is also ideal. this way you can increse your weight through muscle mass... try it out.
