    How to sleep less or how to wake up early?

    HI ALL YO OUT THERE READING THIS.
    ACTUALLY I M NOT ABLE TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING COZ
    I SLEEP AFTER 12 AT NIGHT..
    AND I HAVE TO WAKE UP AROUND 6-7 AM IN THE MORNING.BUT I M NOT ABLE TO.
    I FEEL TOO SLEEPY WHEN I GET UP IN THE MORNING AND I SLEEP TOO MUCH..
    BUT WHAT CAN I DO TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING OR HOW SHUD I SLEEP LESS

    try to sleep early between 9 P.M to 10 P.M and get up early hours around 6 A.M.

    if you strict to this schedule for few days the it will become habit .

    early to bed and early to raise is good for health.

    Activate your body clock as I do, I work at 5am six days a week so I get up at 4am, even though I set my alarm I also tell myself I need to get up at thiss time, it has never failed me, I got to sleep at around 11pm so I only get about 5 hours sleep but I have always been like this

    Some people can do it some cannot. I don't go to bed untill 11 but can wake up at 6 easy.

    Depends on how many problems you have in your life. The more problems, the less sleep you get.

    By the way, why are you typing in all caps?

    The native americans sued to try this trick when they had to wake early for battle...they'd drink a couple glasses of water before they went to bed so they'd have to go to the bathroom in the morning.

    Of course you can go the medication route but I dont really recommend it.

    try to sleep early, and don't take any naps in between.... drink plenty of water...

    Try doing "yoga - pranayam". If practised regularly, apart from mental peace with less sleep, you will reap many more benefits.

    to get up early in Morning is i think matter of determination only .....

    when i was determined to get up i used to get up early with out any Alarm .....

    but those good days are over now ....so now i can never get up on Required time now for about 5 years or more ..............because i never determined my self again .....and to get up late has become a habit for me ........

    the sleep is of cyclical nature.it keeps on changing its phases from deep sleep to shallow . try using these time durations 45 mins, 3 hrs 50 min, 4hrs 30 min or5 hrs 30 min for your sleep. they work for most people.when you wake up at these time you will feel fresh because at these times we are in shallow sleep and its easier to wake up.keep one thing in mind ,there is no DEEP SLEEP phase after 5 hrs 30 mins.
    so set your alarms to one of these times depending upon how much you want.
