HI ALL YO OUT THERE READING THIS.
ACTUALLY I M NOT ABLE TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING COZ
I SLEEP AFTER 12 AT NIGHT..
AND I HAVE TO WAKE UP AROUND 6-7 AM IN THE MORNING.BUT I M NOT ABLE TO.
I FEEL TOO SLEEPY WHEN I GET UP IN THE MORNING AND I SLEEP TOO MUCH..
BUT WHAT CAN I DO TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING OR HOW SHUD I SLEEP LESS
