Dude, i've been searching the same app that youre looking for, and sadly i still didnt find it. Maybe there's no app like that, or its outdated, or obsolete, i dont know. My suggestions are you upgraded your phone to more advance one. Or maybe you interested in those Chinese Cell phone that have analog TV?, stay cool man, cheers.

i find a java application named mobitv its works but
not much clarity it shows.
and i find some streaming links which works but not a new channels.

I dunno how to put the file in here, so why dont you google for france24 tv sis for s60v2. Yes, its france based tv streaming, 3G network needed for decent stream.
