Compare with the Eastern Europe map v.680.1466 101Mb - TeleAtlas Data source i could tell you that that part is the same. I check myself Ljubljana, also browse a map and compare with the 1466 one and there is no diference.

(99%), Latvia (62%), Estonia (71%), Slovenia (42%) and Croatia (48%)
