The best way to judge how well a device is going to do in the future is by knowing their leaked prices. Of course, there are other factors, like the device looks, works, and what carrier itís launching on. But for others, pricing is the big deal.
I got a sneek Ėpeak in an internal T-Mobile pricing sheet, and found out what the Motorola Charm ( known as Basil ) and Samsung Supersonic are going to cost.
First is the Motorola Charm. Youíll have to save up $269.99 to get your hands on it. But if you want a two-year contract, youíll be dropping $74.99. This is Android 2.1, MOTOBLUR-infused portrait QWERTY keyboard device.
And the second one is tricky, because we donít have any idea about the Samsung Supersonic. Or maybe itís just a codename for Samsung Vibrant? We we all know that it has a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, TouchWIz 3.0 with Android 2.1 which is coming to T-Mobile on July 21st.
And I can tell you that it is tagged at $499.99, while you can have a new two-year contract by spending $199.99.
But I donít know is this just a codename or itís the real thing. Weíll just have to wait and see.
