help guys. my mmc shows write protected when i put it in a cardreader. which means i cant put/write things in my mmc! my mmc used to be able to read/write. Can someone tell me where the problem lies? mmc or the cardreader?

Some one please help, i have done a firmware update for my Nokia 73 music edition, after the whole process now its says tht the memory card is locked, someone plz help, lotza important data is on the memory card!!!

Hey there i'as usin mini SD Card in my O2 MINI S .. and suddenly it stopped working .. My Memory Card reader is also unable 2 detect it !
i had the same problem Earlier but wen i inserted it on 6270 and formatted it .. then it Strtd workin again BUT this time its not workin in 6270 also !!

Is there any 1 who knows how to Format or FLASH it ... ore ne kinda Softs which can make it work again.

Hey , I am using nokia 7710 for the past three years and i am having a strange problem for the past two weeks, my phone says " memory card not inserted".
I tried the memory card in other phones and on my lap top card reader and is working fine.
I then gave the phone to a nokia care centre and they got this corrected for me and after another days i am getting the same problem " memory card not inserted".

Please help.

Looks like there's no new solution to some of our problems regarding MMC recovery/repair...
I, too, have a very big problem regarding this topic. I already have 5 MMC corrupted. 1 can't be formatted, another can't be accessed. Stupid MMCs...

Use a card reader to format the Damaged card,when you install a fresh copy of windows XP Only,it will erase the card.Now use as you can.


I Try it personally 40-50 times on many Damaged Cards.
