My Nokia E50 asks for Lock code. . Please Help

Sir. . . i got a problem with my Nokia E50. Everytime i restart it, it asks for the lock code. I have to reflash it by using three key method (i.e.pressing and holding down the *,3 and green call button and restarting the phone). It works fine after this hard reset but again whenever i restart it, it asks for the same lock code. I have checked all the security settings when the phone works fine and all the security and lock codes are disabled, but still the problem persists. I have tried to give various security codes like "12345" or others but it says code error.

Can anybody help me fixing my mobile, please. . .
