N91-1 WiFi Problem! Pls Help!

HI there,
this is shanky here , i've been having problems ever since i have bougth my n91!
well ... i stay in pune and we have a free wifi zone! known as the mg road!
i went there to check oput the new feature!
but i was dissappointed as it would search for the access point and it showed as connecting.........
it took forever .. i meani waited 2hrs ! but nuthing happened !
please help me use wifi effectively!
any kinda help will be appreciated!

N91 doesnt have wifi...Ur fone was connectin to 3g or gprs but didnt connect cos u have no credit

i dont understand here !
my mobile phone is n91-1 to be precise and i have paid extra for the wifi feature ..
it displays and also find the wlan access points ...
but the only problem is that it doesnt connect!

it does have WiFi... this fone is N91...and teh fone without WiFi is N91i

so there is a diff... its better if u contact care center and before that ur service provider.........

there can b 2 probs..
1. the access point doesnt allow u... i.e. u dont have the acess passwords,
2. ur wifi is spoilt or not configured properly...

check the probs out...

an nseries without wifi?

it does have a wifi.. its a 3g fone without a good cam!

n91i? wats dat? i never heard of dat...really, i didnt know n91 had wifi, i thought only n80 did but its not n91i

so wat is n91-1 then? is dat with wifi? but i thought the normal n91 had wifi

so why did fallengelshanky pay extra for his n91 to have wifi if the normal one has?

well ... there are two models of n91 that have come...
n91-1 is with wifi ... ie 3g!
n91-5 is without wifi ...

the new n91 has 8gb memory ...

Wifi is one of the things i like about the N91....

first, scan your location for a wireless network. if it detects any, connect to it. if it still takes a long time., you can manually set the settings. you need to contact the router manufacturer for a network name and network key then contact the system administrator for the IP and Gateway. after getting all the needed info, manually enter that to the phone and lets see if that'll fix the problem...

hey guys i bought this n91-6 about 20 days ago and it dosent contains a single word referring to WiFi and neither does the manual.Can anyone assist me regarding this ? the vendor said it had WiFi and now i cant seem to find a way to use it.
