Need Help regarding Task Manager and Regedit

I cannot open my task manager and my regedit. The errors is disable by the administrator. This happen after my pc have been by virus. Although i install antivirus the problem still the same. Is there any solution to enable this two task.
FYI :: This is my personal pc and not sharing with any network.

First try copying and renaming your taskmgr.exe & regedit to some other name. Then check if it runs. If it does, here is a solution -

Install Zone Alarm Firewall. Once ur PC boots up, deny access to internet, trusted zone, prevent execution of programs and applications u dont know of. Also note down the blocked file names. Search in registry n msconfig n delete those entries. (Generally newfolder.exe or something like dat)

U can also try installing anti spywares/adwares n scan ur pc.

And to enable folder options copy following code,paste it in any notepad and asve as "folderoptions.reg" file.Double click it and your folder options will be restored
