i recieving setting from bsnl

bsnlwap
bsnlportal
bsnlgprs

my default browser works perfectly

then i download opera mini 4
when i start opera mini
it shows installing
allow network access then press yes

after that it shows error
subscribe data first

same error in ucweb mobile browser
after some googling

according to above link i made file with bsnl setting same error

s40 phone does not support manually access setting, Please help >>>
