Nice theme. You can the theme also upload as attachment here.

You want suggestions

Use another analogue clock (or maybe other colours), change the options/ softkeybar, don't use cutted parts of the wallpaper or if cutted the exactly the part from the bottom.
As last if you have the time, change the icons. I know many user want also the default versions, but some with changed.
Neon icons could be a good solution for this theme. Icons looks so:

btw I liked the neon icons idea, but can I just download that theme you suggested and copy the icons from it?

I know I have to arrange some things in this theme but I'm really busy right now

No in the attachment there are no edited icons.
