Please help me upgrade my PSP

Can anybody give me A STEP BY STEP guide on how to upgrade my PSP to any later version? I search the internet but i don't understand what i'm suppose to do. So give me the easiest way u know.My psp is 3.03 and i don't want to use homebrew cause too complicated for me.

1) are you using original $0NY firmware or custom firmware?

2) if you are using original firmware, you need to Downgrade using Pandora Battery and upgrade to the latest firmware e.g. 3.40OE-A OR 3.52 M33-4

3) Go over to look at Noobs guide to know more about PSP

4) Last but not least, nobody will be held responsible if you brick your PSP. Do it at your own risk.

u dont want to use homebrew? but u know that u cant use any backup of a game!?
