please help with motorola a1000

Hello,got hold of motorola A1000,but couldn't sync with my laptop.I'v tried everything i know but keeps givingme the "error.I'v learnt this is a general one wth motorola,please anybody with the right method to help out.
use xp with servise pack 2

If anybody has any problems, make sure you have 'm-Router 3.1' installed and the latest 'Motorola Desktop Suite' (search for MDS_A1000)

I looked to see if the motorola i415 was listed for this site but its not.
Can i still upload these games to this type modle of motorola i415.
