plzzzz HELP!!!!!!Quick Office premire problem

I signed both files and installed them on the memory card on my N73-ME
after that I switched the phone off and on and started the application. I entered 1234 for the unlock code but still nothing is working.
The program opens with an initial screen where I should be able to choose from Phone Memory, Memory Card, Recent documents and Quickmanager but I cannot open neither of them.I am unable to open any thing.Nothing works just main screen.
Worst of all, I can not even uninstall the upgrade in order to turn back to the original viewer-only program because it does not show up in the Application manager.
i dont want to reset my phone!!!!!
plzzzzz any body will guide me

Dear friend

I had also the same problem. U have to format the device by typing *#7370#. Please make sure that u have back up the phone data to the memory card. After formatting the phone sign the Quick office premier &n ♥♥♥♥♥. Install the signed First Quickoffice premier and then the ♥♥♥♥♥. After the installation complete restart ur phone.

It will take much time to install it....Enjoyy

i did the same method i signed the both files
first quick office then its ♥♥♥♥♥
???
and then restart??
