Problem with nokia 6681

Hi all,

I have a nokia 6681 mobile and the only problem with that mobile is that - "it reset sometimes - i.e. if i m taking to some one/ or /doing any other task with my mobile, then suddenly the phone get reset - (switch off and immediately switch on)"

So, I contacted the nokia care and they says that they had changed the OS of my phone but still the problem exists.

Please help me

Check if any of app is eating up ram. Another reason is hardware malfunction,
