Problems on deleting Infrared Software msg in the inbox!!

hi, i got a problem here...Somebody please help!!
i transfered a software (photographer 2.2) from my laptop infrar port to my 6600..the program cant work,whenever i try opening it, there ll be a msg appear on the screen( App: closed cam!) the deleting of the software was not a problem wit the help of the App manager, but the infrared program msg in my inbox cant be deleted...whenever i try deleting it, a msg (General:Already in use !) ll appear..i had tried removing the batt/memory card & putting it back before deleting the inbox msg, but it is stil of no use.. i ll b really glad & thankful if somebody can give me some advice on wat went wrong and most importantly, how i can delete e inbox program msg.. thanks!!!!

flash the phone ... or try to restore to factory setting (original setting) ... find it in the phone setting ... if i\'m not mistaken ...

You dont need to flash the phone for it. Use Psiloc File Manager and search for the application name which you transferred using IR. Then it will give you the location, delete that file. By deleting the file, will make the infrared message attachment to be deleted then you can delete the IR message.

i really need all of your help...i just brought nokia3660 n a 128 memory card..it seems that i needs to creates new folder if i want 2 put my video or wave file on the memory card.now i want 2 install the application such as camcorder n screensaver.now i want 2 install application,i coldnt found the screensaver setting.i checked on my manager n it shows that the application have been installed.do i need to create folder for application??how can i do it?im using pc suite..plz helllp me..
